Can I book a private class?


Yes, please call us to book your private class. We will share instructor profiles for you to choose from. The charges will be seperate from your monthly price.




Which of your classes is best suited for me?


All our classes are meant for beginners & intermediate yoga practitioners and are designed for a full body workout. You can always switch instructors as you wish.




Can I access classes at any time?


Yes, we have the classes available when you are, seven days a week. You may join anyone, anytime.




What kind of yoga do you teach?


We focus on full body fitness & weightloss based on various yoga techniques. All our sessions comprise of joint movements, asanas, pranayama and meditation. We also provide guidance on various conditions like back pain, thyroid, PCOS, diabetes and various others. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS EYES exercises Movements that strengthen and condition the muscles in your eye structure. Improve vision, treat symptoms of dry eye, and decrease eye strain. NECK exercises For better blood flow to brain and help maintain serotonin levels. (Serotonin is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. It also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion.) BALANCING exercises The physical benefits are strength, stability, coordination and improved posture. Off the mat, balance asanas helps in relieving stress and reducing inner tension. Also, they improve focus, concentration and memory. POSTURE exercises When one is stronger & more flexible, posture improves. Yoga poses to develop core strength, since one needs core muscles to support & maintain each pose. With a stronger core, one is more likely to sit & stand "tall." Yoga also helps in body awareness. PRANAYAMA The exercise balances the right and left sides of the brain and body, and can be used to calm and bring a sense of clarity to an overstimulated mind. MEDITATION Better focus & concentration, improved self-awareness & self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety.




Do you have weightloss program?


Regular practice with our classes alongwith mindful eating habits result in definite weight loss. We can also provide a consultation with our expert doctor, diet suggestions as well as the services of a health coach to keep you on track with your goals. These services are priced separately. We will share with you healthy eating guidelines and information on yogic diet upon joining.




What is the age group for kids classes and what is the program?


We run several sessions for kids throughout the day. Kids can attend multiple sessions for the price of one membership. Age Group 6-12years. (although some little younger or older with enthusiasm for yoga may join as well!) Program Overview EYES exercises Movements that strengthen and condition the muscles in your eye structure. How big is the class size?


We have around 20 members in a class to ensure personal attention from trainer.




What are the class timings for Kids & Adults?


CLASSES EVERYDAY OF THE MONTH, INCLUDING SUNDAYS. We also have classes for Senior Citizens & Prenatal yoga.
